Free phone alert allowance: the 10-alert limit is shared across Discord, Telegram and Pushover, not a separate allowance for each service. Alerts are counted in batches, which can contain multiple studies. Browser notifications and local sounds do not use this allowance.

Both extensions require a Prolific tab to remain open. With StudyChime, keep the computer awake and Chrome running with your signed-in studies page open. Your own bot token and chat ID connect StudyChime to the Telegram destination you choose.
You stay in control
StudyChime does not automatically refresh or reopen Prolific in the background, and does not accept, reserve, complete or submit studies. It does not ask for your Prolific password or use a private participant API.
External alerts go directly from your browser to the provider you configure. Read about permissions and privacy.

Prolific Telegram Alerts uses a recurring subscription. StudyChime offers a free version and a one-time Premium payment for lifetime access, with no recurring StudyChime subscription.
StudyChime's free external-alert allowance is shared across Telegram, Discord and Pushover.
StudyChime Free includes up to 10 external alert batches in a rolling 24-hour period, shared across Discord, Telegram and Pushover. Browser notifications and local sounds do not use this quota.
Premium removes the external-alert limit and unlocks filters, schedules, customisation and local Study Trends.
